The staff is friendly, kind and very respectful. They offer complementary breakfast and it is amazing. Their rooms are very clean and they offer mini fridges in each room. They provide safe and enclosed parking. Thank you to each and everyone that makes Casa Mía feel like home.

Muy lindas habitaciones, diseño y estilo. Tienen frigobar que para mí es de mucha utilidad, buena relación precio/calidad, camas y almohadas cómodas, buen shampoo y acondicionador. Me quedé en una master suite con terraza y tina y nos pareció muy agradable. Staff amable. De las mejores opciones para quedarse en Zamora. Áreas de oportunidad: el desayuno incluído está bien aunque es muy básico. Colocar vidrios dobles para evitar el ruido de la calle. El desayunador bien podría ofrecer servicio de bar por la tarde-noche para poder ver partidos y disfrutar de alguna bebida.
El lugar es cómodo y limpio, salvo por el ruido entre habitaciones y la baja calidad de los productos de aseo personal que ofrecen (crema, shampoo y acondicionador), fuera de eso, el lugar está bien para descansar. El desayuno muy rico y el personal amable.
Es un hotel chiquito, pero es un lugar muy agradable, sus habitaciones con un muy bonito diseño, camas muy cómodas. El desayuno es muy x (huevos, chilaquiles, jugo de naranja, fruta) casi contado. La atención es buena por parte de recepción y de las personas que atienden en el desayuno.
Lindo, excelente atención, limpio, amplio y céntrico. Con todas las amenidades para una cómoda estancia. Muy recomendado.
